Right of withdrawal for change of mind
We guarantee the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the date you receive the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days and return the products intact, unused and complete with any accessories.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, and no restocking fees are applied.
The refund will be processed within 2 working days from receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
The right of withdrawal involves a refund of the purchase.
Exchange with another product, model or colour is not available. If you would like a different item, you can place a new separate order.

Withdrawal for defective or damaged products
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, please contact us and provide a description of the problem and, when useful, photos of the product received.
In these cases, the necessary costs for returning the products are borne by us, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund, depending on your preference.
