Shipping:
Shipment within Europe is carried out by UPS or DHL express courier.

Prices:
Prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Force majeure:
In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, we shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver.
In such cases, we shall have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, or to suspend or postpone its execution.
Product check:
If there are any problems with the quality of the packaging, for example if the package is damaged or compromised, please take a photo of the packaging and contact me as soon as possible.
This is especially important for horn items. Bracelets and necklaces are handmade using an organic material, not an industrially manufactured material.
Horn may show small imperfections, but these are natural characteristics of the material and not defects.
In addition, bracelet sizes may vary from one item to another, always within the size range indicated for each model.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns:
The full Right of Withdrawal is guaranteed as provided by current legislation.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Once the goods have been returned, I will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, by bank transfer or PayPal refund, depending on the payment method used when placing the order.
